What is the purpose

The Ministry of Treasury and Investment administers and maintains a registry of businesses that are registered to provide services within the municipality. Registered businesses are private entities that may be contracted for commercial, government, and personal works. At this time, foreign-owned businesses are not allowed to operate within the municipality under licence.
